The current electrical grid is not capable of transmitting or supplying the electricity needed to convert personal transport to all-electric... not close. It is unlikely that the existing power could support the electricity needed to supply any significant number of electric-powered vehicles. The power grid's capacity would be dramatically impacted resulting in the system crashing... We would need to more than double Nuclear power, as the alternative energy sources available today simply can not provide the energy needed.
The left is not just ignorant regarding this issue... they are deliberately STUPID...unwilling to crunch the numbers on the electricity required versus electricity available...
