California Wells Fargo banker, Norayr Madadi, and his brother, Vazrik, have been arrested for stealing $2.7 million in taxpayer-funded COVID-19 relief from disabled persons. They allegedly opened fraudulent accounts using the stolen identities of disabled persons. The stolen funds were then reportedly spent on casinos, luxury cars, jewelry, and cash withdrawals.
