The best thing to do with California is to build a wall around it. Let an earthquake put the entire state in the Pacific. If this cannot be done then the best thing to do is to demand that the State obey Federal Laws. This includes immigration laws. I have no idea why the voters in California put up with this illegal stuff. Time for the governor to go and the state legislature along with the governor.
