The problem is that it is unclear about both parents. He said last night his Mother is a US Citizen. Both parents ALSO need to be US Citizens, but can be Citizens through the Immigration process. NBC is a 3-Legged Stool. All 3 must be Citizens and the child must be born on American soil, which includes US Embassies. But McCain was not NBC as he was born in a hospital not in US Panama Canal property. There was not hospital on the US Canal property. The 3-Legged Stool test protects America from dual alliegences by a President, and by extension, the VP, since he inherits the office of POTUS if POTUS dies or is removed from office.

I do not believe he is Natural Born Citizen anyway. He constantly describes his parents as Immigrants, not Citizens.
