ilona, you got that right. They don't really have a plan and all they can do is paint a picture of the "horrible things" that will happen if the other side wins. Contrast this with President Trump, who focuses on his plans rather than on the horrible things the other side would do if they got into power. He has clear plans for healthcare, the budget, tarrifs, foreign relations, Ukraine, Iran,....you name it.
