They are either ignorant of the reality or they are ignoring reality. If it isn't in the constitution it is a state issue. Simply means the authority goes to the states where they belong, and the PEOPLE of each state decide if they want abortion in their state. We all get a say......but for these fools democracy is when the government decides!
They are purosly misleading those who have no clue, to get them excited, believe that their rights are taken always when in fact the right to decide is actually given back to the people!
