  • Idiots! This is supposed to bring us together? How many whites died to fed slaves? Shouldn't they be paid? This is all stupid!

  • Im still trying to determine at exactly what point in our countrys history did we the people allow STUPID to take control of our nation? The left in our nation must have an organized or not so organized group of not so much of critical thinkers and their only job is to try and come up with STUPID IDEAS, AND THE WINNER RECEIVES A GRAND PRIZE FOR STUPIDITY. We the people have to regain control of oiur nation we must take it out of the hands of stupid and regain common sense.

  • Utter Wokeness and injustice taking the American people over, common sense and fair laws are becoming scarce in this country. But it's been a long time in coming from an increasing rejection of the God who put the United States together. Like Israel, so also the US.

    Deuteronomy 32:18
“You neglected the Rock who begot you,
And forgot the God who gave you birth."

    • Deut. 32:18 says it all thanks for the reminder... great scripture. It is as applicable today as then... History is repeating itself.

  • Who pays... The proper question is WHY pay AGAIN?  Reparations were paid immediately after the civil war.. 40 acres and a mule along with other benefits such as priority for the purchase of land ceased for taxes in the South or they could choose to take paid transportation, land, and resettlement in Africa.

When is enough, enough... 600K white men lost their lives fighting to free the slaves... payment in blood for slavery.

    • Note:  Only 3% of the US Population ever owned a slave... and... slave owners came in every color... Some free Blacks owned slaves, and Cherokee Indians held a large number of slaves.   White men and women were also sold into indentured servitude a form of slavery.

Slavery is still alive in Africa and let's not forget... it was African slavers who raided and took captives to be sold into slavery...maybe they should pay reparations.

  • Stealing the wealth of others as reprisals or reparations for the acts of the long dead is both reprehensible and likely to create civil war.  not to mention it is unconstitutional, there is to be no punishment that extends to corruption of blood... passing on the penalties of one generation on to future generations is prohibited by Common law, and Article 3, Section 2 of the US Constitution, Corruption of Blood, penalizing heirs for previous generations wrongs is unconstitutional.. cruel and unusual punishment.

See: But No “Corruption of Blood” – The Bob Jones Report

Requiring the great, great-grandchildren of slave owners) to pay representations to the current Black population is unconstitutional and immoral.

First, there is no certifiable means to establish who among the current living Black population are bonafide descendants of slaves. Next, reparations were paid in two separate acts. Sherman's General Order 15 (40 Acres, a Mule, and other benefits). Congress also passed a Reparations Act shortly after the civil war... Any further retribution would be double jeopardy.

Only 3 % of the US population ever owned slaves... penalizing the descendants of all White and other races for the abuse of slaves by owners long deceased, would constitute CORRUPTION OF BLOOD... cruel and unusual punishment... which is prohibited by Article 3, Section 2 of the US Constitution.

Finally, the identity of any living relatives of slaves, with any degree of surety would be seriously problematic .. due to the passage of time and the incomplete birthing records for much of the slave population.  Birth certificates were not issued until the 1930s... and Church records are not complete. Such records are insufficient to prove lineage between individuals with similar names and ages.

Penalizing the lineage of all whites now living in the US is cruel and unusual... 'CORRUPTION OF BLOOD; is prohibited by the US Constitution. Stealing the wealth of others as a reprisal or reparation for the acts of the long dead is both reprehensible and unconstitutional.  Those seeking such payments are also immoral and reprehensible.

    But No “Corruption of Blood”
The U.S. Constitution prohibits corruption of blood as a lasting punishment for treason. Yep, its in Article III, Clause 2: “The Congress shall have…
    • We the People are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”  ~
      Abraham Lincoln, 16th US President.

    • Exactly... the patriot is not an insurrectionist he or she is a restorationist... wanting only to return to the original forms of Constitutional government secured for us by our founding fathers.
