Sure, tell the non whites they are too stupid to learn, or to keep up, so we are dumbing down the system for them. For the Cs that whites get, the rest get an A+. AND.....the best news is, they don't even have to go to collage, they all get a degree in anything they want from the collage of their choice....the school will send out their diplomas as soon as they get the request!
