Besides, it's much warmer in Southern Mexco, Central and South America... they won't need a tent ... that would be a true humanitarian gesture.
Defund all the administrative judges and attorneys handling immigration cases... shut down these fiat courts and revoke the administrative powers of the justices... they are not constitutional courts.
Let these illegal aliens pay for representation and hold their hearings in a Title 3 Court of Jurisdiction, as there are criminal penalties for violating the Immigration statutes and a criminal indictment may arise out of any hearing. Â
I know... since Chicago weather doesn't agree with them... let them choose... self-deport or become a new pioneer in the Aleutian Islands Polar Settlement for the propagation of Bears... located off Alaska's Western coast.
Send them to the Aleutians... give them a rubber raft, and some Bear spray, and set them adrift... Oh, give them a compass that always points to China.
