The shootings took place from 6 p.m. Friday until 11:59 p.m. Sunday. The latest shooting came in the Morgan Park neighborhood, where two people were killed and three wounded.
Police said a group was gathered in the 11300-block of South Carpenter at about 11:52 p.m. when someone fired shots in the direction of the group.
Police said 26-year-old man and 41-year-old man were both shot in the head and transported to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
