  • IMPEACHMENT IS ABSOLUTELY AN OPTION IF THE SUPREME COURT DOESNT ACT ON ON THESE ISSUES, HOW CAN A DISTRICT FEDERAL JUDGE MAKE DECISIONS   THAT AFFECT OR IMPEDE THE ENTIRE COUNTRY? THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING, THERE IS AN EXISTING LEGAL PROCESS FOR A PRESIDENT THAT IGNORES THE CONSTITUTION AND EXCEEDS HIS LEGAL AUTHORITY AND THE SAME MUST BE IN PLACE FOR A JUDGE SETTING ON THE BENCH ESPECIALLY ONE THAT WAS NOT ELECTED BUT WAS APPOINTED. ANYONE WITH AN OUNCE OF COMMON SENSE UNDERSTANDS WHAT THESE DECISIONS ARE ALL ABOUT. THE SUPREME COURT AND CONGRESS MUST ACT ON THIS ISSUE, DEMOCRATS SHOULD REALIZE THAT AT SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE THEY MAY REGAIN THE MAJORITY AND REPUBLICANS KNOW HOW TO JUDGE SHOP AS WELL. THIS IS NOT ABOUT POLITICAL PARTIES THIS IS ABOUT LEGAL AUTHORITY TO IMPEDE THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF OUR GOVERNMENT WHERE DOES THE AUTHORITY OF THESE JUDGES BEGIN AND END IS THEIR JOB TO DETERMINE POLICY? I THOUGHT THAT AUTHORITY BEGINS WITH THE PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS.

    • Nowhere in the Constitution are judges granted lifetime appointments...  They serve during terms of GOOD BEHAVIOR... at the president's will.  The President can use his Executive power to withdraw a judge's appointment under Article 2, Section 1, and Section 3 the 'Take Care' clause... to ensure that the laws be faithfully executed. Of course, the legal profession will not agree... with the simple rendering of the Constitution and the common application of executive prerogatives and powers.

Pres. Trump needs to take a deep breath... and begin the battle to remove the Liberal and Globalist Judiciary interfering with the faithful application of our laws...  He needs to take the position that he has the Constitutional DUTYto remove Federal Judges whose conduct is Bad... thus interfering with the faithful execution of the laws of the USA.

HE HAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL POWER... he NEEDS Lawyers to defend his Constitutional power to unilaterally remove Judges for open... in your face... activism and BAD BEHAVIOR... under Article 2, Section 3... the TAKE CARE clause... care that he laws of the US be faithfully EXECUTED...

The President is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the  Nation... He is charged by the US Constitution with the duty to see that Judges shall hold their offices ONLY during times of good behavior. See Article 3, Section 1, Clause 1.

The President shall commission all the officers of the United States... See  Article 2, Section 3 of the US Constitution.  Presidents commission federal judges...as such, they may withdraw their commissions at will... dismissing those commissioned from any further service.

Pres. Trump needs to fire any lawyer who doesn't understand the power to commission and the President's constitutional duty to remove a Judge where bad behavior results in unfaithful service to the laws of the USA.

Our LEGAL PROFESSIONALS have difficulty applying the simple language of the US Constitution when governing... They regularly refer to the US Constitution as outdated and unenforceable. Such Constitutional disputes arise whenever the simple and direct language of the Constitution blocks their interpretation and need for power.

    • Absolutely and I had the opportunity to advise President Trump, directly, earlier Tuesday, when I received a text from him.  I have not received a response, so who knows if he even saw the message!

    • They are on a leash like a dog. Bad behaviour earns them a jerk, a put in their place, a stay, and or be put in a cage. Cages seem appropriate for tyrants actually overriding the Chief. What would happen on a ship when a lower crewman tries to usurp the Captain's role?

    • Into the brig they go!

    • That's IT, June.

    • 👍

  • It is essential to understand that  Federal Judges are APPOINTED by Presidents... and serve during periods of GOOD BEHAVIOR...at the President's will.  Judges and Lawyers constructed the concept of 'lifetime' appointments out of thin air... to insulate Judges from Presidential scrutiny and removal.

    • Well said, Colonel and those who ignore it need the truth shoved down their throats as the traitors they are.

  • "IMPEACHMENT" IS THE "ONLY" RESPONSE TO A SCHITTHEAD, COMMIE lawyer in a black robe, WHO HAS NEVER READ OUR US CONSTITUTIN, OR IF READ, HAS NO COMPRPREHENSION OF WHAT HE MAY HAVE READ ! ! !   JUST AS MARK LEVIN PROCLAIMED, HE FAILED "LAWYER 101" ! ! !  roberts MUST HAVE ALSO BEEN ASLEEP DURING "THAT" CLASS . . .
