      He should have been impeached over 0care and again for altering existing Civil Rights legislation to add protections for transgenders.  Two examples of out-of-bounds behavior, where he actually wrote and altered law.

    Yes, federal judges, including Supreme Court justices and judges of lower courts, can be impeached if they fail to uphold "good behaviour." According to Article III, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, judges hold their positions for life "during good Behaviour." However, if a judge engages in misconduct, they can be removed through the impeachment process.

    Impeachment Process for Federal Judges

    2. Senate Trial: The Senate holds a trial to determine guilt. A two-thirds majority vote is required for conviction and removal from office.

    No, Impeachment is not a proper response to Sedutuib abd Treason... the proper response to such criminal acts is HANGING.

    No question that President Trump has to control the judiciary, too. How dare they go against him and disregard their loyalty to the President of the USA. Trump is the President of the United States of America, not of some banana republic.

      Judges swore an allegiance to their leader in Germany back in the thirties. Here in America they swear allegiance to their country and its constitution.
