Subject: Collective Concern Regarding Criminal Offenses and Request for Action

Madam Attorney General,
We, the undersigned, bring to your attention a matter of grave concern.
The ABA Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 8.3(b), states:

"A lawyer who knows that a judge has committed a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct
that raises a substantial questions as to the judge's fitness for office shall inform the appropriate authority."

Furthermore, Rule 8.4 underscores the importance of maintaining the integrity of the profession, defining
misconduct as actions that include:
 Engaging in criminal acts that reflect adversely on a lawyer's honesty or fitness,
 Participating in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation,
 Conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, or
 Assisting a judge in conduct that violates judicial rules or law.

We, representing ourselves and others similarly situated, who have exercised our right to the suffrage
of the faithful execution and enforcement of the U.S. laws, formally notify you of the urgent need to
uphold these principles. These laws are designed to support and defend the Constitution and the rights
it secures for both the executive branch and We the People.

We assert, with reasonable cause, that District Court Judge James Boasberg has committed the
offenses detailed in this Complaint, including two felonies under federal laws established by the
authority of We the People.

Through this filing, we exercise our constitutional rights: the First Amendment right to petition
the government for redress of grievances, as well as our Fourth and Sixth Amendment rights to
lodge formal accusations and pursue justice.

This Complaint details three violations of federal law that require thorough investigation and
decisive action.

The Fourth Amendment grants individuals the right to file complaints supported by oath or a
ffirmation, meeting constitutional provisions to establish probable cause. When the elements of a
crime are satisfied, the mandate of the Fourth Amendment is clear: warrants "shall issue."

This principle ensures an impartial process grounded in constitutional law.

Additionally, the Sixth Amendment guarantees the accused the right to confront their accusers once
warrants are issued. By extension, individuals have the reciprocal right to act as accusers in establishing
probable cause.These safeguards balance the rights of both parties, ensuring fairness and due process—
cornerstones of justice that uphold accountability and protect the integrity of all involved.

In this matter, the forthcoming complaints meet constitutional requirements, satisfying the
Probable Cause Standard and Standing Doctrine. Probable cause is established when all elements
of a crime are met and corroborated by evidence.

The Standing Doctrine further affirms the legal position of the accusers to initiate these complaints,
warranting immediate action.

As whistle-blowers reporting these violations, we invoke our protections under 18 U.S.C §§ 1512(a)(2)(C)
and 1512(b)(3), which prohibit retaliation against those who report federal offenses. Section 1513 criminalizes
retaliatory acts, ensuring that whistleblowers are shielded from harm or intimidation.

Every constitutional and statutory requirement necessary for the issuance of warrants for Judge Boasberg,
the plaintiffs, and their attorneys has been met.  The offenses alleged in the complaints are fully supported.

Madam Attorney General, your duty in this matter is unequivocal.

We respectfully call upon your office to act swiftly by pursuing warrants against all parties implicated in the
allegedcrimes. Such action is essential not only for holding these individuals accountable but also for protecting
public trust in your office, the legal system, law enforcement, and the judiciary as a whole. As a steward of
public trust and defender of constitutional integrity, your decisive leadership is vital to upholding the rule of law
and ensuring justice.
