Impeach the entire administration (elected and appointed)... start with the President and VP then move to all of the Department Secretaries and AG... Congress should be primarily engaged in Impeachment trials for the next two years...
Operate the government using CRs freeing up Congress for impeachment and expulsion actions... Shut down the border to all but commercial traffick... and DEPORT all illegal aliens now in the US .... End all foreign wars and arms races... Free up the time and funding spent on foreign wars to be used at home...
End all government borrowing and pass a balanced budget amendment... use flat pro-rata cuts to all government functions but national security and Social Security to balance the budget. End all support for illegal aliens immediately and deport them all... Let them apply for reentry in accordance with the current laws and do it from outside the USA. Phase out all unconstitutional government Departments, Offices, Beaureaus, agencies, and the Federal Reserve Bank. Return those functions of government needed to the States or consolidate them as offices under other Departments. Phase in the process by amendment to take no more than 6 years.
Rewrite the Federal Judiciary Act and redistrict all the judges out of office... require them to be reappointed or left without a bench or pay... Remove stari decisis as the law of the Court and REAFIRM THE LIMITS ON THE FEDERAL COURT's CONSTITUTIONAL JURISDICTION. End judicial fiat law. Affirm Congress's superior legislative authority and their right to define Constitutional Law. Limit all Federal Court orders, findings, and injunctive authority to the court's geographical jurisdiction and the case in law before the court.
We know the solutions for our problems... we don't have the committed leadership to engage in government reform... Pass a Recall and Term LImits Amendment... Recall the entire government, elected and appointed officials, justices included... make the recall subject to new elections and appointments.
Establish one term of 6yrs for all elected and appointed offices... justices included. Let 1/3rd of the government stand for election and appointment every 2 yrs.. prohibit any of the current government office holders from holding any government office again. Then sit back and watch reform take shape overnight...as citizen politicians take the reigns of government.
Our Problem... is corrupt LEADERSHIP... in both major political parties... throw them all out and jail the criminals.
