Colorado political insiders have known about Griswold's staff abuse for years. Most victims are locked behind NDAs. NDAs she imposed before the practice was banned by law. Let that sink in. 2/x

From my own experience: I've watched Jena push staff to tears and to quitting. They don't speak out because they fear her and her brother Chris Griswold's retaliation. That's not leadership. That's a threat. 4/x 

Per the statement: late-night demands, disappearing-message apps to dodge public records, taxpayer money spent on personal political branding. Senior staff flagged it. She ignored them.

She broke the law. 5/x 

The legislature had to pass a law to stop her from spending public funds on self-promotion....

Last week PWG held my feet to the fire on campaign workers. Good. I deserved it. I was wrong.

Now I'm calling on union leadership to show up for THESE workers the same way. No exceptions.
