You won't have to because we will withdraw from the Primary as a Party and convert to a pure caucus system if this is allowed to stand.

One of the keys to winning elections is to ensure you control the ballot and who is on it..Like many radical leftists... the GOP left-wing RINO will use any means necessary to control the election... including throwing court cases ... recall the vote by mail and ballot harvesting cases...
