Meet Teja McKinney and Judge Keith Smith, who signed an order of release for Thomas on 2/16/2026. Less than 1 month after his release, Thomas Haynes ran a stop sign going 55 mph and smashed into a car with such force, it threw 23-year-old Sophie Kippel from her car and k*lled her instantly. Sophie's two passengers were still in the car... ...and Thomas Haynes LEFT THEM THERE and ran away on foot STOP LETTING THESE PEOPLE OUT OF PRISON!!!!!!!!!
