Why do we need more gun laws when the do not or weakly enforce the ones we already have?????
 
Confiscating guns from law-abiding U.S. citizens through mandatory buyback programs, biden/harris have repeatedly pushed for restrictions on the 2nd Amendment while their Dept of Justice has failed repeatedly to enforce federal gun laws with mandatory minimum prison sentences for those who possess, let alone brandish or discharge, guns during violent felonies.


There are 2 categorical imperatives of the 2ndAmendment: 1) it is necessary to guarantee a free state and. 2) that all "people" (obviously with a sound understanding of the term people) all the time have a right to keep arms.

The 2nd ahould be applied directly to the states through the due process or the privileges and immunities clauses of the 14th Amendment, or be recognized thru selective incorporation.
