That is right. They are and are to be the least, as all they have is Opinion. The Executive has the sword. The Legislature has the purse. The Courts have opinion. Separation of powers is to be our safety.
And because of the Executive weilding the sword, and only he wields the weapon, he is the one who can spank the naughty insubordinant child. I recommend public humiliation using the word NO. Whether they understand that word, due to not understanding the word NOT, remains to be seen. The Constitution is Supreme, not them.
