Possibly a "rino" tactic?? Perhaps they WANT him to avoid a trial; although I do not really understand why they would. In the meantime, Ashli Babbit's husband and family have filed suit for "wrongful dearh", but I don't remember if they are suing Byrd, or the Capital Police!
