  • President Trump will have to assume total authority over the entire country as soon as possible after he gets back into the White House. He needs to control the judiciary for sure. The Republican Congress will fall in line naturally and of course, he will be the head of the executive branch.

    • How should he do that Paul?

    • President Trump already controls six of the nine judges on the Supreme Court. He'll need to also appoint good judges in the lower courts, all of whom will have to pledge their allegiance to him and to the US Constitution. This will end the corruption in the current court system. Then and only then will he be in a position to make America great again.

    • He Appointed them.  Does NOT "CONTROL: them...They are NOT BEHOLDEN to him.  But as ILONA states states ...JUST by maintaining Allegiance to the CONSTITUTION and NOT EMULATING WW2 NAZI GERMANY we will stay on the right track.  Perhaps after MR. TRUMP is elected we can figure out how to hold a CONSTITUTIONAL Convention to retain and insure continued rights for ALL OUR CITIZENS Including  the Judiciary.

    • Richard, have the current judges not sworn to uphold the US Constitution? How has that worked out when they hindered President Trump's actions during his first term in office? Or when President Trump got convicted on 34 felony counts? The judges' allegiance to the US Constitution doesn't seem to be enough. Judges need to adhere to this allegiance and someone needs to control that adherance. Who would you trust with this task besides President Trump? Who should control that? The current system and their uncumbents?

    • JEA 9 HAS A GOOD ANSWER........And for fture reference -she, the COLONEL and MMr EICHLER are pretty knowledgable

    • Citizen's Common Law Grand Juries, Paul. Training, swear an Oath given by a Judge and they can gather evidence and all by themselves, try the person on criminal charges.

    • Do you really think that "controlling" the justices is the goal? Allegiance should only be to the constitution....not a person, not any person, that would be dangerous and sounds like WWII Germany. We need to be careful with such ideas!

    • ilona, how do you propose President Trump can make America great again? In the past the courts have hindered him big time and they even have convicted him. If that doesn't smell like corruption, I don't know what does. I don't know, either, how this can be fixed besides with President Trump appointing judges who are totally loyal to him just like you and I are.

    • THE CODE UNDER WHICH JUDGES FUNCTION MUST BE VERY THOUGHTFULLY REVISED,
