She directed registrations to be deleted:
1) non-citizens are automatically registered to vote in Michigan when they change their address
2) the registration is in the State system, the DMV system even sends a congratulations informing the non-citizens they are registered to vote!
3) the reg. is sent to the local clerk notifying him/her it exists,
4) if the reg. is discovered by the State it is an illegal alien, the state deletes these including from out of the local clerk's system (access to state rolls)
5) not all are deleted, these non-citizens can go to a polling station and cast a ballot (or receive a mail-in ballot) as citizenship is not verified on election days
But these are crimes, first registering the illegal alien violates federal felony statute 18 USC 611, second deleting a public record; third covering it up by not reporting it; fourth by knowingly letting illegal aliens cast ballots.
Patriots: this also places illegal aliens in the jury pools! The court systems must know this is happening, as the Clerk of Courts would be the one who discovers the illegal aliens and has to remove them.
