Data centers blamed as Lake Tahoe set to lose major power source, and modern Eco-Terrorists masquerading as environmentalists.
The modern eco-terrorists are masquerading as the woke environmentalist, good guys, and are blaming everything on bogus "Human Driven Climate Change", to be able to scare and bully people into believing that cutting down on traditional power plants will "SAVE THE EARTH"!
What it will do is provide potentially Billions for the people who control the economy.
Where ever you see new DATA CENTERS going up, those centers use a lions share of fresh water instead of grey water for cooling, and create excessive electricity draws only good for increasing the average persons energy bill. They seem to be central to the few Billionaires who are making even more billions off the rest of us, and increasing surveillance of our private lives. IMHO!
Here is what one of my friends from Ohio has to say on that subject;
"Ohio is expected to build a couple of datacenters. One in southern Ohio is supposed to be a huge data center. These centers suck up so much power, and cause electric prices to rise sharply. First Energy is the 4th largest power producing company in the USA. They have almost no coal burning plants and have gone from producing power to more of being a broker. This means they must purchase power from other sources. In turn it means to the consumer, a much higher cost."
Lets talk about Lake Tahoe;
"Data centers blamed as Lake Tahoe set to lose major power source" https://www.newsnationnow.com/politics/data-center-lake-tahoe-power/
The headline explains it all for those who read between the lines to see that not only will these "DATA CENTERS" cost everyone much more, they will have the added potential to actively spy on everyone far more personally than our Fourth Amendment allows government to do. The reason this is critical is because NV Energy will stop providing 75 percent of Liberty Utilities’ electricity for the California side of Lake Tahoe by May 2027. In this one instance it will affect about 49,000 customers to meet growing demand from AI-driven data centers in Nevada, Fortune reports. Be assured those are not all the data centers in the works.
Liberty Utilities is paying lip service to it's customers and seems to me to be and is trying to stop outrage by saying the transition is part of routine energy contracting, and saying “Energy companies, utilities, large customers change energy supply frequently.” While in effect they are ignoring the impact of the increases in future cost increases on the public without a positive program to stop the increases. I believe this is coming for us all. All this to counter the efforts of Lake Tahoe residents, who are pushing back against AI data centers, saying they are driving up energy costs and straining the local grid.
This has all come about by literally destroying conventional power plants. The Woke Environmentalists are telling everyone that coal fired plants in America will harm the world, but refuse to say anything about China doubling down on coal power.
The Ecoists, even have put massive road blocks on solid fuel reactors, molten salt reactors, and conventional coal powered plants. Salt reactors are safer against meltdown experienced in the five incidents like Chernobyl, Fukushima, Three Mile Island, Windscale UK, SL-1 USA. Salt reactors are designed to operate at lower pressure, are designed with passive 'Freeze plug' and drain back designs built in, engineering considerations include having a feedback of; When as temperature rises, the salt expands, and in expanding the fuel density drops and automatically reduces reactivity. etc. Although they are safer we still have advantages that I believe outweigh the liabilities of coal plants. Remember this; Coal Plants are the majority of power providing the electricity for our electric cars and other electric devices. That SIMPLE FACT, negates everything the Woke Environmentalists are saying about how we are saving the planet by using unreliable alternative power sources.
The current technology being used to detoxify coal fired power plants shows the Woke Ecologists are nothing more that Alarmists whose narratives only benefit the power brokers profits while further impoverishing the public with higher costs, lower food availability overall, more restrictions along with the higher costs.
Here is a current list of how much can or is being removed from coal powered plants emissions;
(SO2): 90–99% , (NOx): 50–95%, (PM, fly ash): 99%, (Hg): ~70–95% capture, (HCl, HF): 90–99% , (As, Se, Pb, Cd): often 50–95%, (PAHs, dioxins): variable by compound, (CO2): ~85–95%.
REMEMBER counter to woke narratives, CO2 is necessary for the health of all green plants. Nearly all plants depend on atmospheric CO2. virtually every land plant and aquatic plant/algae use CO2. Mosses, liverworts and even some microbes depend on CO2.
The drastic lowering of CO2 the Climate alarmists narrative suggests has many negative effects that will harm the public in general. These include reduced plant growth, reduced carbon fixation the plants naturally provide, lower crop yields of wheat, rice, soy are heavily affected. Corn, sugarcane, and sorghum are not as sensitive, but are also negatively affected. Lower nutrient balances, increased drought sensitivity, fewer seeds, poorer forage quality, all of this affects animal and human nutrition.
These are all consequences of the Elites/Governments wanting to have as total a knowledge of peoples private lives as is physically possible. They are instituting these things "For Our Benefits", just like confiscation of civilian firearms will be "For Our Safety". They are instituting these things to weaken and exert more total control over how we live,, because they think they know best. My belief is they do it because it makes them even richer and that greed is insatiable and unsustainable.

It probably will happen just like when Lake Tahoe was notified about energy costs after the data center was approved. I believe the perpetrators er builders/owners will ignore all subsequent negative effects and cost increases related to the increased energy costs. This if left unchecked will affect all of America negatively IMHO!
What do you think?
