According to the complaint "During his diverse official tenure, Respondent Shapiro has engaged in at least ten verified, substantiated, and documented criminal scandals."
“Josh Shapiro.. unlawfully harmed and carried out their crimes against all seven Petitioners and other victims referenced, and incorporated herein, by operating under a clearly established Enterprise of organized criminal racketeering in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Enterprise established is operated across the "Pennsylvania Commonwealth" but is not limited to Commonwealth employees alone. Some of the Respondents are local, state, and federal employees who have corroborated and engaged in this illicit activity for share and common goals to maintain this Enterprise”
"Under Respondent Shapiro's authorization, Respondents McClellan, Wheeler, Smith, Young, and Tarasi, threatened, intimidated, harassed, stalked, kidnapped, colluded, committed fraud, influenced officials in legal proceedings through false testimony and laundered federal funds to obstruct justice in a child abuse scandal and county coverup." "he is assisting in the scandal to conceal and bury all the crimes. This is a common practice, pattern, and strategy for Respondent Shapiro in his capacity as governor, attorney general, and commissioner."
"Respondent Shapiro has also deleted emails relating to the sexual harassment allegations in 2023. He paid hush money to cover up that scandal as well."
