Every State that supports Texas should pass State Resolution(s) supporting Texas and giving their Governor the power to mobilize all or portions of the State Militia to assist in defending the borders of the Nation and our internal security. They should also submit a State Resolution to Congress, requesting Congress declare a state of war exists along the US border... asking, Congress to order the border closed until the Administration DEMONSTRATES it will properly manage the border... by enforcing US Border and Immigration laws.

That's because the US has ceased to be a union of sovereign states through socialist infiltration, instigation and stoking of ideological division at every opportunity. How is it that ONLY 25 states are supporting Texas?
I know in ohio Mike DeWine had to be pushed by a radio show host by questioning "What the hell DeWine is waiting for, is he getting off his ass to join Texas". DeWine responded a few hours later by making a public statement that Ohio is standing with Texas. Without the prompting God knows if or when he would have done anything. Damned RINOS are useless, they have no courage!

It is imperative that Gov. Abbott mobilizes the NG as State Militia ... Thus ESTABLISHING A CHAIN OF COMMAND WITH THE GOVERNOR AS COMMANDER OF THE MILITIA. Gov. Abbott must declare a state emergency exists in Texas and declare the implementation of limited Martial law along his southern border... before Pres. Biden invokes the Insurrection Act and FEDERALIZES the State Militia.
All of the GOP states and any Democrat State brave enough... to stand in defense of their soverignty, the US Constitution and the Union should follow Gov. Abbott's lead. Every State should pass a State Legislative REFERENDUM... declaring a state of war exists and notify Congress, that they are mobilizing their State Militia to repel the invasion... they should note any outside interference with the defense of their soverignty and borders will be met with the necessary force of law, to repel and defend the State, the US Constitution, and the Union... including, the use of its arrest powers to detain any federal agent interfering with state law enforcement and its defense of its soverignty and borders.
