The American People elect Presidents to faithfully enforce the law... One of the few Constitutional duties listed for a President is: " to Take Care that the Laws of the United States are faithfully executed." (see Article 2, Sec 3 US Constitution)
Is it faithful enforcement to permit Sen Kamala Harris to be on a Presidential Ticket when she is Constitutionally unqualified... Sen. Harris can not become President. She is not a natural-born US Citizen. Sen. Harris and the Democrat Party are violating the US Constitution by offering the states a Democrat Ticket with a VP who is not Constitutionally qualified to be President. Pres. Trump must not ignore the epidemic levels of Constitutional abuse by the government and our Political Parties. The President is charged with stopping such abuses. It is his duty to bring suit to deny a Presidential Ticket, with Sen. Harris as the VP nominee, from being certified as QUALIFIED for posting to State Ballots. She can not Constitutionally hold the Office of President.
As citizens, it is our duty to insist that any Presidential ticket with Sen. Kamala Harris be REFUSED BY THE STATES as Constitutionally unqualified. This will not happen, without the President filing suit, demanding the ticket be disqualified for placement on the ballots of the several States. The Secretary of each State must ultimately certify the Presidential Ticket, as Constitutionally valid, BEFORE PUTTING THE TICKET ON THE BALLOT. When any political party attempts to ignore the Constitutional requirements, it is the PRESIDENT who ULTIMATELY must ensure the several Secretary of States refuse to allow the unqualified ticket a place on their ballot.

It now appears that the President and the GOP will not be challenging Kamala's Constitutional claim to be a Natural-Born CItizen... what's next, a denial that citizens have the right to keep and bear arms... that we are reading the Constitution incorrectly and that only the State's Militia is entitled to keep and bear arms. When will the GOP throw the 2nd Amendment under the Bus... Do we support the Constitution only when it is expedient?
I am very disappointed in the President's and the GOP's stand to allow or not comment on Kamala's ineligibility to be on a presidential ticket as VP... she is not a natural born Citizen... neither parent was a US Citizen at the time she was born in the USA... Natural -Born CItizens must have two parents who are US Citizens at the time of their birth and they must be born in a place under the jurisdiction of the United States.
Just one more disappointment... our President needs to defend the 'Constitution' but seems unwilling to do so on controversial issues?
