It is readily apparent that this Democrat has violated his oath of office... He has no intention of supporting or defending the US Constitution... His view of the US Constitution is appalling. The Electoral College is an integral part of the CHECKS AND BALANCES between the Federal Government and the several states. It is essential to maintaining the balance of power between the several states and the Federal Government. The election of the President and Vice President must remain the prerogative of the states, not a fickle public and the popular vote.
The Electoral College is a key institution in the system of Constitutional checks and balances... The precepts and standards of the US Constitution for governing the Republic/Union ARE TIMELESS... they are not outdated nor ineffective as this representative suggests. It is the Globalists, Marxists, and New World Order that are working to deny our Nation the rightful exercise of Constitutional Government.
We are a CONSTITUTIONAL Republic, not a Democracy… The States establish the process by which they choose State Electors and certify their elections. However, Congress, in a joint session, has the Constitutional duty and right to challenge all Electors as to their right to be lawfully seated and vote accepted. The Constitutional process to challenge and certify Electors on January 6th, 2022 was illegally halted before the Constitutional certification process was completed. Several members of Congress were denied a Constitutional hearing on the right of several Electors to be seated… BEFORE taking their vote.
