The left and even some on the right are doing it, and until we have a way of punishing them for lying..... it will continue. People say stupidity stuff in the news without any consequences!

Ilona, I couldn't agree more. We need to establish a Truth Commission run by the federal government that ensures only the truth is reported and that all liars are punished and face severe consequences. This is the only way we can preserve our Republic, the United States of America, our freedom and liberties.
What could go wrong with a "truth commission" run by the government?

Nothing wrong with it if it's run by President Trump, who is known for telling the truth and only the truth.
If you don't like a Truth Commission, how else would you punish the media for lying and establish consequences for people who say stupid stuff in the news? Griping is a lot easier than thinking about actual and workable solutions.
You are short sighted, only looking at the time Trump is in office.......what about when the democrats are back in power?

If President Trump established a Truth Commission, dumorats wouldn't win again, because they couldn't spread lies which is the only way they can ever win. So, not so short sighted after all, is it?
