Democrats are not opposed to hard work.... as long as someone else is doing it.
How do the dumb demonrats think the budget can get balanced without changes to Medicaid and all entitlements? We the people elected President Trump so that he can bring down the budget deficit and debt just like he did in his first terms.
Pres. Trump is about to repeat Bush's famous mistake... by promising ' no new taxes'... Only, in Trump's case... He promised NO NEW SPENDING. What happened to PROMISES MADE... PROMISES KEPT?
Ron, read the bill. There are plenty of spending cuts in it. Plus DOGE is saving a trillion or two in government waste when you add it all up. President Trump will keep any promise he has made just like he did in his first term and any other time in his life. He hasn't broken a promise yet and he isn't about to start breaking one.
They don't want Trump to fix anything......it makes them look bad!
Fire them all! The insanity of all this is they still have a job! What are they offering in return for the paycheck?
THAT is what should actually happen. They were not hired because of superior talents and abilities or they would not speak trash and hate or laziness. Anytime an employer of mine needed more, I did it. Overtime sometimes really late on some projects.
When you work for someone your job is to do the work you were hired to do. Each employee also should take into consideration the fact that your work is a reflection on the company, and they contribute to the health of the company. If a company does well because the employees are doing a great job....they have a better chance getting a raise, they are insuring the survival and success of the company.
I wonder if today it would be possible to do what the women did during WWII by working in the factories to keep our soldiers supplied? Would they be looking for benefits, time off, comfortable work hours, health benefits. Back then no one would think of saying things like " not in my job description".
Not now. There absolutely WAS a moral code back then. God. Country. Family. When God called, they answered. When country called, they answered. When family called, they answered.
No bs. They lived and exemplified sacrificial lives. And lots of tragedy. During WWII, they hung a Service Flag in their window. A blue star represented the number of family members serving. If that service member died serving, the family hung Gold Star symbolizing their sacrifice. One family in WWII, lost all 5 sons. A book was written about them. The family was the Sullivan family, from Waterloo, IO.
George, Francis, Joseph, Madison and Albert Sullivan, all served on the USS Juneau, which was sunk in the Naval Battle of Guadalcanal on Nov. 13, 1842. The Navy adopted the Sole Survivor Policy to discourage that last family member from serving. Two destroyers were named after them, USS The Sullivans DD-537 and USS The Sullivans DDG-68. The 1944 film, "The Fighting Sullivans" was about them and inspired the 1998 film, "Saving Private Ryan." I didn't know all that, only about the 5 sons, which I learned while antique shopping.
Do they even know the meaning of the words? They don't know Life, or Sex, or Binary, or Morality, or Equality and more.
