Trump's legal counsel should be compiling a long lis...t of politicians, bureaucrats, attorneys, and the Judiciary that may have broken the laws of the US.... for REFERAL, FOR PROSECUTION...Include, the alleged crimes and evidence to support a conviction of the crime. He should submit these referrals for prosecution with the expectation that indictments will swiftly follow and trials begin in the first 100 days of his taking office.
The President is the Chief CONSTITUTIONAL Law Enforcement officer... Historically, the President has issued 'Presidential Warrants' for the arrest, detention, and processing of the indictment of citizens breaking Federal Law... as HE CHOOSES. The President may want to use such authority to round up and detain the MANY flight risks ... on the day of his inauguration, The President has the power to appoint a special counsel using his Constitutional Authority to 'take care' that the laws be enforced.
See: Article 2, Section 3, Clause 1 of the US Constitution:
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
We must use the law properly... to clean out the corrupt and hold them accountable in ways that make it clear .. corruption doesn't pay. Any statutory law barring the President from his constitutional duty to enforce the law is not binding upon the President... let the pettifoggers debate what the SIMPLE LANGUAGE and historic precedent state concerning the President directly engaging in law enforcement.

Why do you think the democrat swamp is working so hard to put Trump in prison? They will do anything to keep him out of power.

Regarding any effort to deny the historical role of the President in the execution of his duties under Article 2, Section 3, Clause 1... let the President arrest those offenders attempting such interference for OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. If they resist, threaten violence or assault ... add additional charges for resisting arrest and threatening a law officer in pursuit of his duty.
I JUST HOPE THAT TRUMP DOESN'T ALLOW HIS EGO TO OVERRIDE HIS COMMON SENSE AND LET THE DEMOS PUT SO MANY RIDICULOUS RESTRAINS ON THE DEBATE! IT COULD BACK FIRE ON TRUMP IF HE DOES!

I agree, Michael, the most important thing for Trump to accomplish in that June debate is to keep his cool. Remain calm, stick to the facts, don't call names or get nasty, appear PRESIDENTIAL in his discourse. If he is able to do that, to govern his mouth, which he's had trouble with in the past ... then he will crush Joe completely.
