Here’s a little bit of history for left-wingers:
On September 30, 1996, then-President Bill Clinton signed the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) into law, which established expedited removal.
This fast-track deportation process legally allows immigration enforcement officers to round up and deport foreign invaders without violators first being required to attend a hearing before an immigration judge.

So, from a legal standpoint, the Trump administration hasn’t done anything wrong by deporting aliens without a trial in an immigration court. You can most certainly critique Trump on other things, but this issue is not one of them unless you're a hyperpartisan agenda-driven hack.
30 years ago, this wasn't controversial. By and large, Republicans and Democrats both agreed that illegal aliens are a burden on taxpayers, don't assimilate into our culture, and are eligible for deportation even though it is technically a civil offense.
Ask yourself why Democrats today overwhelmingly endorse illegal immigration?
Hint: It has nothing to do with empathy; it is their way of importing future voters because their ideas do not win on a level playing field.

That was before the demockrats figured out they had to import more illegals to assure they would get a super-majority!
