DeSantis Hints that Maduro may Face State Charges in Miami

DeSantis's statement speculates on betting odds changing if Maduro faces Florida state charges in Miami. Legally, it's possible: Maduro is in US custody facing federal narco-terrorism and drug importation charges in NY. Florida could pursue separate state charges (e.g., for trafficking impacting the state) under dual sovereignty, as seen in other cases. No such charges announced yet; DeSantis said "stay tuned."

    Why even try the case in a NYC courtroom after the ordeals that President faced there? Pursue Federal charges elsewhere...almost anywhere else, with the possible excveptions of CA, CO, MS. and GA.
    May Justice PREVAIL!

      Was not Trump tried in a NY State court?  Is not this case being held in a federal court?  If so, then it hopefully will not matter.  I am apparently confused herein somewhat.  Can you straighten this out, please?  I cannot believe the MSM are reporting how injured Manure's wife is from her arrest.  #1  Obviously, she fought the arrest.  #2  How many people has injured, ruined, and killed during her lifetime?  They never mention this "little" fact!  #3  What is her last name?  She is the wife of whom?  Thank-you for your service, good sir!

      To expose , bring to the top all the corruption for arrests, prosecution and justice (possible treason and military tribunals) to be applied (possibly publicly).  President Trump and the military kno2 exactly precisely what they're doing and how to accomplish justice for the American people.

      Well I'd like to agree, and I do.....sort of. I'm questioning why haven't we seen arrests and trials alread? How do Comey and the beauty crook of NY  James not have to stand trial? These situations shake my confidence that we will ever see anything happen to those in top positions.

      I hope that which you state is correct: they know what they are doing.  If not, we are in serious trouble.  Can you answer my question above?  Also, why would they choose a federal court in NY?  Why not try him ifirst n a federal court in FL?
