DHS and CBP hasn't been funded, so closing Customs facilities in Sanctuary city Airports would reduce cost and re-deploy those Agents where they are needed.
There must be Consequences for State/City actions that are counter to Federal Laws enacted by Congress.

Just do it. I am quite sure sanctuary cities is againt federal low. A state cannot disregard federal law just because they want to. Arrest the Mayors, the Governors, and stand on the federal laws that Congress has passed. I suppose that these state and cities can just make treaty deals with other countries. Why not? If they can disregard federal laws when it comes to immigration, why not just make state laws they violate federal laws?
