Resume deep dive on Asha Sharma, architect of layoffs for 3200 Americans at Microsoft:
-VP at Facebook during their $14M settlement with DOJ for discriminating against Americans
-COO at Instacart, who threatened to sue Jobs Now for exposing their blatantly anti-American discriminatory job advertising
-now CEO of Microsoft Gaming, parent company of Blizzard which was running ads following the same discriminatory playbook Facebook was sued for as recently as Jan 2026
Have we actually found the woman who is bringing hidden PERM job discrimination across big tech?

Heres the $14M settlement Facebook paid in 2021 for discriminating against American job applicants in favor of immigrants, while Asha was VP of engineering
heres the article in Newsweek where we showed reporters how Instacart was running newspaper ads last summer asking for paper mail applications to their immigration department - the same tactics Facebook settled for using while Asha worked there
To cap it off, here are ads we found in January from Blizzard (a major division of Microsoft gaming where Asha took over as CEO this year), using the same discriminatory playbook
Do you think a woman who oversaw systematic discrimination against American job seekers across 3 separate public companies should be advising the government on jobs?
Should she even be allowed to work as a public company executive?
Or perhaps she should be under indictment by the DOL.

Tends to be the number 1 qualification! Discriminating, foreign, black or at least Hispanic, hopefully with an Ivy League education helps but not necessary as long as anti-American!
