• In "persistently dangerous" schools
• Victims of violent criminal offenses at school
• In "persistently dangerous" schools
• Victims of violent criminal offenses at school
"Each State must establish its own definition of persistently dangerous schools. This definition can include any factors that the state finds constitute an unsafe environment."

How about making sure the kids are disciplined in school so schools don't have to be dangerous. Why is it that we always look for solutions but we never go to the root of the problem??????
