The Justice Department will seek to reinstate a death penalty for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the man who was convicted of carrying out the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, Attorney General William Barr said Thursday.
In an interview with The Associated Press, Barr said the Justice Department would appeal the court's ruling last month that tossed Tsarnaev's death sentence and ordered a trial to determine whether he should be executed for the attack that killed three people and wounded more than 260 others. Barr said the Justice Department would take the matter to the U.S. Supreme Court.
'We will do whatever´s necessary,' Barr said. 'We will take it up to the Supreme Court and we will continue to pursue the death penalty.'

And we watched them, from public video cameras, as they walked through the crowd, at the finish line, carefully placing their pressure cooker bombs in places where they would inflict the most death and destruction, on innocent people. The older brother was killed, during their escape attempt, which saved us LOTS OF $$$, not having to drag his worthless hide through the court system. On their escape route, as I recall, they killed a young security guard, from MIT! YES, either hang or electrocute this one; better still, don't even give him time to get back to court for another appeal - -HE DESERVES NO MERCY, he did not show any to any of his victims. Let him cry, whine, squeal and crawl his way to his demise! I'd be delighted to be able to put him out of our misery!
