It's been in practice for many decades, the left is operating as communists, but they are still there, people still vote them in. We have the history of communism in front of us, many examples, we see what communism done to the countries and people they ruled....yet people ignore the warnings. Famous American line....." it will never happen in America"! I cannot count how many time I heard this in the last 40 years!
