First the doctors need to respect their oath to cause no harm, rather than support the mental illness they are witnessing. Who is more worst ...the mentally ill, or the doctors who are willing to remove the testicles from little boys, and cut off the breast of healthy young girls?

I agree, he is a male, but far from a man......knowing that he is pretending to be a woman.

By bilogical definition Dylan Mulvaney is a man. He is a man with a serious mental illness, or he is a consummate con man. In any case it serves no purpose to deny he is a man.
