The "reply" that SHOULD be forthcomming - is not heard.... because it shold be made by the people we elected to represent us..... As an "executive order" ONLY pertains to instruction given from a "president" to an executive branch agency.... it is not law and cannot pertain in any way or manner to the People... As all of these executive branch agencies are unconstitutional.... and should not exist. The fact that these things are happening - and congress isn't saying a word or putting a stop to it - tells you something.... The three branches of our "governemnt" are failing to observe their respective lanes..... Which is unconsttutional......
Which requires a "reset".... The existing "government" today must be dissolved and restarted under the Constitution - all "laws" created by it must be voided and nullified.
Start writing your elected about the ongoing attempt to get a majority of states engaged in a "Convention of States"..... THAT is how we get our "government" reset back to the constitution and away from this nonsense....
EOs only apply when they are Lawful (Constitutional and Statutory) .... the Administrative State has a duty to tell the Presiden NO... and to refuse to enforce all EOs that are not constitutional or violate existing statutory law.

Unfortunately, the "administrative state" is only interested in preserving its prestigious positions, cushy jobs and generous salary & benefits, so it will be up to We the People to govern ourselves and limit their regulatory power. Elections have consequences, but and as we have seen, that only matters if they are free from improper influence and interference.
I believe we really need a "reset", but certainly not the transformation that was promised and delievered by Obama! I will be the first to admit that Trump was certainly not perfect. He, in fact, has a lot of faults, as we all do. Nonetheless, in spite of his faults, he had the country moving in the right direction. We can not get from start to finish in one election, but we need an election that at least gets us to the starting line. If Trump can win again, I think he will be a lot smarter and tougher, and get us moving in the right direction! I am reposting my take on the 2024 election.
To my knowledge, nothing has been done to change the Demos ability to cheat like they did in 2020, and the sham trial of Hunter proves they have everything under their control. So, I have no idea if a Republican can ever win again if we play by their rules. That said, I hope that all conservatives will continue to rally around Trump and remember how good and how different the country was when he was president! I know that Trump made a lot of mistakes. He was very naive, but he is only human. What can you expect when he was surrounded by traitors who stabbed him in the back at every opportunity. He was trying to run an entire county and was relying on the people that he chose to support him! Unfortunately, they did not support him and instead continually worked to bring him down!
We really need a leader than can take charge. Trump had the chance to be that leader, but instead of taking charge when he was still president, still in charge of the military, and had 74 million voters backing him, he bailed and left us hanging. Now he is dealing from a position of serious weakness, but if everybody continues to support him, he can win again! He is a real fighter that loves America and if he does win again, I have no doubt that he will be many times tougher and more effective in draining the swamp.
I think that DeSantis is letting his ego overrule his common sense and love for country by running against Trump! Thereby dividing the vote to give the Demos a better chance at winning. He should throw his support behind Trump, because if we lose the election in 2024, we won't everget another chance! If we win, then DeSantis would be a shoe in for the next 8 years!
Agree, and divide and conquer is an ancient but effective battle tactic so we can only hope and pray that Trump and DeSantis can present a more united front in the nomination process. If good, honorable delegates from 34 States (a 2/3 majority) can unite at an Article V convention, bypass the Congress and the Washington DC swamp, then it may be possible to propose amendments to resolve some of these current issues, like the professional political class corruption, regulatory overreach by the unelected bureaucracy and the staggering growth of the national debt. It has taken our country almost 250 years to get where we are today and all of our problems are not going to be solved immediately, but it would be a good start. And the 3/4 supermajority necessary for ratification should protect us from any fundamentally flawed amendments, although a lack of election integrity represents a serious concern in this regard. If more individual citizens get more actively involved in local and state politics and elections and reinforce our Judeo-Christian values in governance of themselves then I'm cautiously optimistic that our union of sovereign states can be freed from federal tyranny and preserved for our posterity. If not, then all bets are off.
