In fact, she goes so far as to say, and let me get this right, is that it's part of the oath that they take to become right wing.”
“Now I must have missed that day in my right wing indoctrination camp because I never took that oath. Um, and another thing, in Chicago, particularly, there is not one elected official from school board to school administrators all the way up to the governor's office who is conservative.
So who exactly are these mystical people who are trying to keep black children down in their district. In fact, under her administration, only 20 less than 25% of black children met proficiency in reading. K? So who is selecting the curriculum? Who is administering the district?
Who is teaching the classes? Not conservatives in Chicago. So, really, who is responsibility for these kids' lack of proficiency in reading? I don't think it's conservatives.”
