End Automatic Birthright Citizenship Abuse

Source; Anonymous

We need to move on this ASAP. If we are to return to what the original 14th Amendment was intended to do, before the Democratic Biased Supreme Court ruled on it in the 1960's and later, used a misrepresented application of the constitutional rule of birthright (jus soli) citizenship established by Wong Kim Ark (1898). See what the origonal framers of the 14th Amendment intended it to be. (http://www.14thamendment.us/amendment/14th_amendment.html). Please consider a written Letter to your Senators and Representatives like this one;

Dear Senator/Congressman,

I am writing as a deeply concerned American citizen urging you to publicly and forcefully speak out on the issue of automatic birthright citizenship for children born to individuals who are unlawfully present in the United States. The American people deserve elected representatives who will no longer remain silent while this policy continues to strain our nation’s laws, resources, and sovereignty.

The Fourteenth Amendment was adopted in the aftermath of the Civil War to secure citizenship rights for freed slaves and their descendants. It was never intended to create an unlimited global invitation for unlawful entry into the United States simply to secure citizenship for a child through birth on American soil. The phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” has meaning, and many constitutional scholars argue that it requires complete political allegiance and lawful jurisdiction, not merely physical presence.

For decades, politicians in both parties have ignored the growing consequences of unchecked illegal immigration and the abuse of birthright citizenship. American taxpayers are carrying enormous financial burdens through overcrowded schools, strained emergency rooms, increased housing costs, welfare expenditures, and pressure on state and local budgets. Working-class Americans are also experiencing wage suppression in industries where illegal labor directly competes with citizens struggling to support their families.

This issue goes far beyond politics. It is about restoring constitutional fidelity, protecting the rule of law, preserving fairness for legal immigrants, and defending the sovereignty of the United States. Millions of Americans believe the current interpretation of birthright citizenship has been stretched far beyond the original intent of the Constitution.

I strongly urge you to join the growing majority of Americans who are demanding action. Make your voice heard publicly. File amicus briefs if appropriate. Support legislation clarifying the meaning of citizenship under the Fourteenth Amendment. Urge the Supreme Court to finally address and end the abuse of automatic birthright citizenship for those unlawfully present in our country.

The American people are watching carefully to see which elected officials are willing to stand up and defend the Constitution, national sovereignty, and the interests of lawful American citizens.

I respectfully ask that you act boldly and without hesitation.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]

COMMENT ON WHY;

The American people may only get one real opportunity to finally correct the decades long misinterpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment and end the abuse of automatic birthright citizenship for those here illegally. This issue must be pushed to the forefront of the national conversation NOW, before the Supreme Court rules and this historic moment passes. Our elected leaders must stop hiding behind political talking points and publicly demand a return to the original meaning of the Constitution, citizenship based on lawful allegiance to the United States, not simply crossing the border and giving birth. Silence from our representatives at this critical time is unacceptable. This is a Constitutional Crisis that needs to be addressed in favor of the American People.

I hope there will be many comments on this post.
