These "environmental activists" seem to have some "loose screws" clanging around in their heads; last week, a group of them attacked a centuries old painting with soup (the Mona Lisa). Now, I have no idea "what" that painting may have done to "disrupt the climate". Anyway, in the last couple of days, that same painting has now been attacked with mashed potatoes!! I do believe we need to be building bigger, better mental health care facilities and start putting these crackpots away.

These people are dumb, they know NOTHING, they're fueled by emotions, and their emotions are triggered by a brainfart. Hmmmm...... the Mona Lisa is treasured, let's destroy that next!

True that and I have to correct my post - - the second painting they attacked, with the mashed potatoes, was "Sunflowers" by a different artist. Just a guess, on my part, but perhaps these nut jobs find those paintings offensive simply because they are "oil" paintings??
Not that I assume there is actual reasoning behind these attacks, but if there was any reasoningfocused on oil, it would again show the ignorance of these idiots!
In painting the artists from early on (1100s) used linseed, safflower, poppy seed, or walnut oil, long before we began drilling for the black gold!

True - -seriously, there does not seem to be any actual "rationale" behind any of their actions; they are, simply, troublemakers, looking for ways to destroy anything good.
They continue because there isn't real,punishment for their actions. Punishment should be very severe in all these attacks, if there is a price to pay they'll stop because they are cowards, just bullies!
Well, if they throw pot roast at it next week, we'll have a pretty good dinner at the museum... mmmm pot roast, soup and mashed potaoes... I'll bring the bread and coffee!
