It is time for Congress... the House... to pass a House Resolution declaring War exists... That our national borders have been breached by an army of migrant invaiders. In fact, TREASON appears to be at work in the Executive and now the SCOTUS.... both the Executive and Judicial branches of the federal government are ADHERING to our enemies. Congress must now side with the Constitution, the States, and the people or be considered part of the belligerency crossing our national borders illegally.
The United States ... and its Union... are now in Constitutional Crisis... via the Courts and Administration's refusal to defend our borders... The agents of the federal government have sided with foreign belligerents and are engaged in giving aid and comfort to the invaiders... by ADHERING to the invaders and opposing the several states and the people, treason is at work undermining our Constitutional REPUBLIC...

Treason has infected our Union at the federal level, and the Union's constitutional compact for the mutual defense of the Republic is being ignored. The several states must now step forward to engage Article 5 of the Constitution to lawfully recall the entire sitting federal government, by amendment, subject to new elections and appointments...
This issue will not go away... nor will it admit to delay... we will either capitulate to the tyranny of a new world order or take the appropriate actions to save our Republic while it can be saved... without the letting of blood.
Why don't most states use their constitutional authority and duty to their citizens to stop ALL THIS... It is obvious to me... Some support the invasion and internal insurgency... Others are making big bucks by operating or hosting migrant trafficking rings and a host of other illegal activities to line their pockets.
Many individuals in and out of government are getting rich feeding, transporting, and housing, the invading migrants... Treason is lucrative when there is no accountability and the federal agents responsible for stopping the invasion and treason are part of it.
Exactly, Gov. Abbott can now move to detain and remove the illegal aliens from the state... deporting them to Mexico... or their original point of entry. I have been calling for this action for over a year.
Governor Abbott had initially disappointed me... but his decision to utilize the full spectrum of his constitutional authority to secure Texas its border and interior has caused me to reexamine his support for our constitution as the supreme law.
If Pres. Biden attempts to federalize the Texas NG... Gov. Abbott should refuse the order as being unconstitutional... The Texas Adjutant General should affirm the order as being unlawful and continue to operate as a state militia. Any attempt to federalize the Texas NG under current law requires the Governor of Texas to agree. Should the President cite the Insurrection Act, the Governor must challenge how the determination of insurrection was made. Texas is not endangering the Union or Federal Government by securing their border and evicting the invaders. In fact, Texas is defending the Union and Constitution.
These Globalist gambits to implode this Nation have had a theraputic effect upon it, in a galvanization and firmer regrounding of Constitutional principles. (surely an "evolution-in-inaction" would result if we chose denial or apathy)
The Constitution is no longer percieved as an antiquated or obscure document, obsolete for contemporary times. Now it has been made more relevant to everyday life, and that is a generally satisfactory experience, but for our cost of tuition!
With a faded constant vigilance, the resultant tenor of these times seem a new price to be payed.
