Go read your Constitution folks, section 5 of the 14th amendment very clearly states; "SECTION 5. The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
This means the state has ZERO authority to do what they have done..… Only Congress can do this and they have to pass legislation to get it done…………... And for the "supreme court of colorado" to have done this - tells the entire world they are corrupt to the core.... The “colorado supreme court” KNOWS they do not have this authority.…
