FAA Changes EKG Parameters to Allow Pilots to Pass Health Test Easier
Townhall: Late last year, after the vaccine rollout, the Federal Aviation Administration quietly changed the EKG parameters for pilots in a move that’s raising concern about flight safety. According to a report on Substack by Vaccine Safety Research Foundation founder Steve Kirsch, the October 2022 version of the FAA Guide for Aviation Medical Examiners widened the range acceptable for pilots to fly. “The PR used to be in the range of .12 to .2,” he writes. “It is now: .12 to .3 and potentially even higher. This is a very wide range; it accommodates people who have cardiac injury” (Townhall). TexasLindsay: Tucker covers @StKirsch’s bombshell finding about the FAA loosening its EKG range for pilots while offering no explanation as to why to the public (Twitter).

  •  We now know that the latest heart problems in the country are caused by the jabs. If the pilots crash because of these heart problems, this is on the Democrats too. We need a massive investigation, NOW! Before May of 20, the shots were fine although Trump wanted to push therapeutics. After that, Biden had Phizer change their formula to accommodate children, now we have the heart problems in everybody.  Be sure to thank your local Democrat voters.

  • Oh really - I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want a person whose medical history indicates s/her has a chance of having a cardiac event while I am at 40,000 ft.  The plane may be able to fly itself on autopilot - but what about landing?  The plane can't land on autopilot.

  • No problems here!

  • Obviously, the FAA saw a critical need to allow pilots with heart damage to continue on flight status .. Has the FAA and CDC determined that a large population of pilots that took the  COVID vaccine are suddenly failing EKGs?  Is there now a pilot shortage due to pilots reporting EKGs that indicate they have damaged hearts?  Is there evidence that the damage to these pilots' hearts is connected with taking the COVID Vaccines?  Is the FAA looking at large numbers of pilots suddenly being disqualified due to heart damage unless they change the EKG requirements to qualify for flight status.?

    • P/S... if the damage to Pilots' hearts is connected to the Vaccine... it needs to be noted that major medical authorities have indicated such damage is PROGRESSIVE.... increases over time.  With all our commercial and military pilots ordered to take the vaccine will travel by air become unsafe and our national security compromised.  Is treason at work here?  Was COVID a Bio-Weapon? Will Commerical airlines AND THE AIR FORCE wake up in a few months to find they have a critical shortage of medically qualified pilots?

This could be very serious for commercial air travel... AND OUR  AIR FORCE.  It may well become serious national security. problem.

    • I really don't want to debate the issue of fees for services other than to say... it works for RURAL VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS in the USA, and police protection can be extended without fees to the truly indigent... Those individuals on welfare should be exempted from paying for NECESSARY and ESSENTIAL fee-based services.  I would also remind you that public utilities are fee-based in some communities and were the norm in the 50s.  Fees for service can work... but the wealthy will not like it, as they use lots of government services.  Don't be so radical.  fees for ervices are absolutely the fairest system to fund government programs and services.

    • Understood ... maybe another topic on ways to fund government WITH APPORTIONED DIRECT TAXES   ( basically a fee for services applied to each individual receiving Federal Governmetn Services directly or indirectly) ... The constitutional means for raising revenue to fund the Federal Government. as provided in the constitution... The 16th Amendment violates   Article 1 Section 9, Clause 4 and Article I, Section 2, Clause 3:

and Article I, Section 2, Clause 3..."No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken."

Under Article I, Section 9, Clause 4, and Article I, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution, direct taxes are subject to the rule of apportionment. Though the Supreme Court has not clearly distinguished direct taxes from indirect taxes, the Court has identified capitation taxes—a tax levied on every person, ‘without regard to property, profession, or any other circumstance’—any tax on real or personal property is also a direct tax and is to be apportioned.

Under the rule of apportionment, Congress reports the total amount to be raised by a direct tax, then divides that amount among the states according to each state’s census population. Thus, a state with one-twentieth of the Nation’s population would be responsible for one-twentieth of the total amount of direct tax, without regard to that state’s income or wealth levels.  The States are responsible for the tax... not the individual.  The State chooses how it funds and collects its portion of the federal tax and forwards it to the US Treasury. Our founding fathers did not hold individual taxpayers responsible for remitting federal taxes ... the States were to collect and disburse their share of the taxes to fund the federal government.

An 1861 federal tax on real property illustrates how the rule of apportionment operates. Congress enacted a direct tax of $20 million.  After apportioning the direct tax among the states, territories, and the District of Columbia, the State of New York was liable for the largest portion of the tax, $2,603,918.67, and the Territory of Dakota was liable for the least, $3,241.33.1 The act called for the President to assign collection districts to states, territories, and the District of Columbia to apportion to each county and State district its proper quota of direct tax determine the amounts taxpayers in each collection district would be required to pay.

Portions of the above extracted from Overview of Direct Taxes | Constitution Annotated | Congress.gov | ...

The lack of clarity surrounding the meaning of a direct tax and the Federal Government’s desire for additional revenues ultimately contributed to the adoption in 1913 of the Sixteenth Amendment, which authorizes Congress to impose taxes on income without regard to the rule of apportionment.  We need to return to apportioned Direct Taxes, tariffs, imposts, duties, and fees for services all apportioned based on use and the rule of apportionment... for fees and by capitation where fees are impractical or problematic.

  • Klaus Schwab is another Bill Gates, George Soros and Dr. Death Fauci all rolled up into one. One of the most evil people on the planet

    • Correct, he is very evil!!!

  • Typical crap, they lowered the numbers for cholesterol decades ago so they can medicate more people.......many end up with irreversible muscle pain. They did the same for blood pressure, while we know both can be controlled by diet ans exercise.

Now the FAA is playing with the lives of the public because they forced their pilots to take the poison, they need replacements so lower the bar! I wonder if they start making sure that if the pilot had the shot, they match him with a copilot who didn't?
