Just the City of Portland in the State of Oregon has averaged 100 "Shootings" per Month since January. So the State found there was very little left to cut from the Police/Prison Budgets, the Congress/Governor enacted New Laws Restricting Firearms in One's Home! In addition, the New Laws Fine the Owners if their Firearms are Stolen even if immediately reported!. Hefty fines! The average single shooting in Portland leaves behind 100-1,000 casings. These figures do not include the other two largest Cities. Its not the Cops or Agencies, its the actions of the Elected who are to blame!
It is way past time to oust all the corrupt politicians and gov't workers. The Humpty Dumpty government is too broken to be put together again. I doubt that even Trump could accomplish that task.
