Good... finally a democrat with some common sense... a union with some clout to lead the way. Now we need a raft of Legislatures and Governors to institute 'nullification legislation and State Executive Orders... to make it illegal for any employer to fire or lay off an employee who refuses vaccination. The Nullification Legislation should also bar the use of COVID PASSPORTS by airlines, and other commercial interests, operating in the State, as a means to restrict access to retail goods and consumer services.
Where is the GOP leadership and why are they not using their power in the 26 States where the GOP controls the Legislature and Executive to institute anticommandeering and Nullification legislation to counter the unconstitutional EO's of the President. Do we have a GOP or is it just another COMMUNIST organization? I am beginning to believe there is very little difference between the two parties and what differences that exist are only superficial... Political theater to keep the public confused.
