First of all THE JUDGE CANNOT ALL OF A SUDDEN BECOME THE PROSECUTOR.
SECONDLY THIS MAN KNOWS LEGALLY HE IS IN HOT WATER FOR SURE THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE FLYNN CASE TO MOVE FWD SINCE THE DOJ DROPPED THE CASE.
you should send this note to the Judge because the judge himself doesn't know the constitution.
My take anyway concerning Gen Flynn's plea....is that he plead guilty under duress.....meaning theFBI was threatening his son, so in my estimation he has a right to withdraw his plea under conditions such as then now us all knowing who the real culpers really were. Our illustrious FBI. Heads surely need to roll from those purporators (the FBI and others) that pushed the Flynn indictment. This sort of stuff gets under my skin so bad....and have nothing but contempt for that Obama appointed judge.

Remembering that Flynn had worked for the Obama Admin, I wonder if there is a Gag Order in place in the fderal criminal case "against" Flynn that is preventing Flynn from revealing more Obama era misbehavior? If the case can be prolonged, the possible Gag Order remains in place. There must be much more Deep State disinformation and misinformation going on here than meets the eye.

Judge Sullivan must have a deep hatred for Michael Flynn. Also President Trump.The judge is doing great harm to his legacy and he deserves to be held accountable for his actions. I don't see how he can ever be trusted in the courtroom anymore. He needs to either resign or retire.
