A federal judge in DC, Loren AliKhan, has issued a PERMANENT halt of the Trump administration’s effort to halt federal grants and loans, condemning the choice to abruptly end funding shortly after taking office as “irrational” and “imprudent,” and suggesting it was probably against the law.

She ruled: “In the simplest terms, the freeze was ill-conceived from the beginning. Defendants either wanted to pause up to $3 trillion in federal spending practically overnight, or they expected each federal agency to review every single one of its grants, loans, and funds for compliance in less than twenty-four hours.”

These Judges need to be removed... they have no Constitutional power to order the President (America's Chief Executive Officer) and his Administration to do anything. The recourse for disciplining or restraining the President is IMPEACHMENT... if he is abusing his powers... not the edict of two or a hundred unelected Judges.

Trump should remove any judge who improperly exercises their judicial authority to undermine the United States government and its administration. The Judicial Branch and its affiliated Department of Justice are not embued with the power to remove or direct the President in the lawful operation of the Government.

Judges and Lawyers who attempt to change the long-established historical interpretation of the US Constituiton to fit their own political needs must be directly and forthrightly removed from office on the first offense. We can not permit a corrupt judicial system to coerce or threaten the President and his administration with stolen powers... used for poltical purposes... We must end the weaponization... POLITICIZATION OF THE LAW... and our Courts.

We must remove the corrupt Judges and do it on the first offense...Reigning in the Judiciary and DOJ will be two of the most difficult tasks facing Pres. Trump... We have allowed an unelected legal profession to have unfettered reign in our Courts... letting them achieve powers well beyond their Constitutional authority.

The pettifoggers have taken over the judicial system... rewriting hundreds of years of historical precedent ... replacing the ORIGINAL INTERPRETATION OF THE US CONSTITUTION with newfound language, powers, and meaning... permitting them to redefine the judiciary's authority as the supreme power in the Republic. The Judiciary has weaponized the law and is using it to redefine the Constitution.

Changes to the Constitution may not be made by statutory law, judicial order, findings, or precedent. The Constitutional means to change the Constitution is by Amending it... that requires 2/3rds of Congress to propose and 3/4ths of the States to ratify proposed amendments before they become Constitutional law... The pronouncements and dicta of the courts are not law and apply ONLY TO THE CASE IN LAW BEFORE THE COURT... they do not amend the constituiton or replace statutory law... Congress and the States are the only Constitutional authority with the power to amend it or to legislate Constitutional Statutory Law.

Pres. Trump needs to do more than tell this corrupt Judge to PISS OFF... he needs to remove him for BAD CONDUCT using Article 3, Section 1, Clause 1 of the US Constitution as his authority to FIRE THIS BUM.

Remove this judge and send him to GITMO where he can practice Shari Law...
