The fact is, he did a terrible job before he had his stroke, NEVER on the right (good for the citizens) sideof an issue! Now, he has the very real effects of a stroke but he's still running! He has disabled himself. It's like a runner agreeing to run a foot race with a broken leg! When he loses, he will put the blame on others like the left always does.
